All the recent hoopla about the "iconic" stratocaster had me confused. I forgot that I'm not crazy about them anyway.

I dunno.

I have a couple - one with an F on it, and they make sounds, but I'm more at home with my Jag or T-style, and I like humbuckers for high gain, and that leaves the Ss usable trem and positions 2&4 - I can get nice neck and bridge cleans from the other single-coil guitars.

Not THE guitar, just A guitar.
