Sagt mal, bin ich blöd oder sonst was?

Ich versuche bei meinem Debian 13 KDE in Dolphin meine Hetzner Storage Box einzubinden. Egal was ich versuche, es klappt nicht. Ich gebe oben in der Adressleiste fish://[email protected]:23/backups ein und es öffnet sich die Abfrage der Userdaten. Dort gebe ich als User "u123456" und dann das korrekte Passwort ein. Dann kommt nur die Fehlermeldung, dass keine Verbindung zu dem Rechner aufgebaut werden konnte.
Wenn ich übrigens genau das Gleiche in der Konsole mache funktioniert der Verbindungsaufbau ohne Probleme.

Egal was ich versuche, ich bekomme es nicht hin. Gibt es hier in der Fediverse vielleicht Vollchecker die wissen, was ich verkehrt mache? 😬😎🙄

Statt 1TB #S3 Speicher bei #Hetzner für ~6€/Monat zu mieten vielleicht 1TB #StorageBox für ~4€/Monat bei Hetzner mieten, via SMB in einen Server mounten und per Garage oder so als S3 bereitstellen?

Ich meine wie schlimm kann das werden?

Kann mir jemand ein gutes Backup-Tool für #Windows empfehlen?
Aktuell nutze ich den #Veeam Agent und sichere auf ein Netzwerklaufwerk auf einer #Hetzner #Storagebox.
#Veeam möchte allerdings regelmäßig ein Komplett-Backup anlegen, was häufig fehlschlägt, weil der Rechner nur ein paar Stunden eingeschaltet ist.

Ich suche etwas Moderneres – idealerweise ein Tool wie #Borg oder #Restic, aber mit einer GUI für Windows.

I haven't done this in a while so today I sorted and counted my precious RC2014 modules. Noticed the socket for the crystal on the dual-clock module broke off, so I will need to fix this sometime.

The sixteen (16) modules seen here are the ones I don't use often, some of them being "duplicate" or backup parts.

I use empty "Ferrero Rocher" gift boxes to store those modules. Of course, I had to take over the burdening task of efficiently emptying those boxes from their original content ... 🍫

There are also another nineteen (19) modules being used by my Zed Pro setup and the machine that runs RC-BOX BBS.

So today's total count of modules (in use or in store) sums up to 35. Yes. I'm a little mad ... (or maybe a fanboi?!) ...

EDIT: actually, it's 36 - I forgot to count in the OLED module I once bought from @quazarsamcoupe

Nutzt jemand eine Storage Box bei Hetzner?

Wie kriege ich bei einem Sub-Account das "Externally Reachable" aktiviert?

Für den Master Account konnte ich das setzen, für den Sub-Account finde ich da keine Einstellung.

Ohne den externen Zugang machen Sub-Accounts ja keinen Sinn, daher vermute ich, dass der Fehler bei mir liegt.
