I was a part of #StopTMX in 4 separate frontlines places across mainland BC & saw the ecocide, up close. BC NDP sent their CIRG goons in at remote areas of BC, where we had set up citizens watch stations. CIRG came to harass, beat up & eventually remove us. #RCMP protect corporate interests/profits, not citizens.

Divest from the big Canadian Banks. All of them. Appropriately in this article they were referred to as a “syndicate”. Cartel would have been another good word. These are not corporations that act for the good of the country, only the good of their own shareholders and industry. And given the cliff fossil fuels will inevitably fall over, even that is questionable. They are addicted.

8 dump trucks sat idling on North Road all day yesterday, burning oil en masse while destructively digging a dirty oil pipeline through a previously protected area.

The #bcndp & #TMX are actively committed to #profitoverpeople as they openly pollute our neighbourhoods, threaten to arrest us with permanent legal signage & regularly disrupt local traffic.
