I finally bowed to peer pressure and ordered a Warhammer set over the weekend.

This morning, my work husband came bouncing into my lab, thrust a handfull of stuff at me, including a figurine, said he'd signed me up for the magazine, and knowledge-dumped on what I need to do.

I'm still not entirely sure what he was on about half the time 😅

Another marathon paint session (I'm beginning to remember why I don't do these anymore) and the Spearhead: Fire and Jade terrain set is complete! I tried a couple different techniques with this one, mainly because I wanted to see if I could produce a "warmer" stone than the typical grey I see these painted in.

Yesterday I spent the day playing a few games of #Warhammer #AgeOfSigmar #Spearhead

It was a lot of fun but I was particularly pleased with the way I managed to conga line a unit so the it was touching an objective while also being close enough to my opponent’s board edge and a terrain feature that I could score two battle tactics with it.

(While maintaining unit coherency, of course)
