This is in #Yonkers #NewYork. Yonkers is New York's 3rd largest city located just north of #TheBronx, a borough of #NewYorkCity.
Here is the #flow: The dog eyes us as we cross the street. The woman eyes the dog, eyeing the people crossing the street. The woman knows what she needs to know of us through the dog's perception as we know her and the dog through regarding each in turn.
