Il Tempo: Comunicato Stampa: CRV - Social Housing e contrasto all'occupazione abusiva alloggi erp

(Arv) Venezia, 4 giugno 2026 - La Seconda commissione consiliare permanente (territorio, infrastrutture, trasporti, lavori pubblici, ambiente, difesa del suolo, cave, torbiere e miniere), presieduta da Elisa De Berti (Lega- LV), alla presenza dell'assessore regionale al Sociale, Paola Roma, ha completato l'esame del Progetto di legge n. 72, ovvero il Disegno di legge della Giunta regionale “Disposizioni dirette a sostenere la priorità Housing”, definendo un Testo con modifiche che ora verrà trasmesso alla Prima commissione per l'acquisizione del parere di competenza.
È stato quindi votato l'abbinamento del Progetto di legge regionale n. 66, a prima firma del Presidente della commissione, Elisa De Berti, “Disposizioni per il contrasto all'occupazione e all'utilizzo abusivi degli alloggi di edilizia residenziale pubblica”, con il Progetto di legge regionale n. 77, ovvero il Disegno di legge della Giunta che modifica la L.R. n. 39/2017 'Norme in materia di edilizia residenziale pubblica'.

Press Release: CRV - Social Housing and Combating Illegal Occupation of ERP Housing

(Arv) Venice, June 4, 2026 – The Second Permanent Council Committee (territory, infrastructure, transport, public works, environment, land defense, quarries, peatlands and mines), chaired by Elisa De Berti (Lega-LV), in the presence of the Regional Councilor for Social Affairs, Paola Roma, has completed the examination of Bill No. 72, namely the Regional Council’s Draft Law “Measures to Support the Priority Housing” initiative, defining an Amended Text which will now be transmitted to the First Committee for the acquisition of the opinion of competence.

It was therefore voted to pair Bill No. 66, first signed by the Committee Chair, Elisa De Berti, “Measures to Combat Housing Occupancy and the Abusive Use of Public Housing” with Bill No. 77, namely the Regional Council’s Draft Law amending L.R. No. 39/2017 ‘Regulations on Public Housing’.
