The WoHo skyscraper – a sham:

80% is earmarked for highly lucrative luxury housing and commercial space.

Only 20% of the space is designated for social housing – a disastrous signal!

We do not accept the excuse that public facilities are also being offered (approx. 15%):

according to the latest interpretation, the much-heralded neighbourhood canteen and the nursery have been dropped from the plans – instead, there is now a large rooftop café, a refugee centre and serviced cluster flats – all of which guarantee a secure return on investment!

Das Woho-Hochhaus – eine Mogelpackung:

80% sind als höchst lukratives Luxus-Wohnen und Gewerberaum programmiert.

Nur 20% der Fläche sind für geförderten Wohnraum festgesetzt – ein fatales Signal!

Die Ausrede, dass auch öffentliche Nutzungen angeboten werden (ca. 15%) lassen wir nicht gelten:

nach der neuesten Auslegung sind die groß angekündigte Kiez-Kantine und die Kita aus der Nutzung rausgeflogen – stattdessen gibt es ein jetzt ein großes Dachcafé, ein Flüchtendenheim und betreute Clusterwohnungen – alles sorgt für sichere Rendite!

📢 La pub nous pousse à surconsommer, épuise la planète et normalise l’injustice sociale. Pourtant, 80% des Français·es veulent un encadrement plus strict !

Ist eigentlich der neue Trend nach "Wir pflanzen Bäume"-#Greenwashing der "Sie als Kunde könnten doch an soziale Organisation XYZ spenden"?

Paypal will immer, dass ich 1€ für irgendwas gebe und bei Dehner Gartenbedarf fragte die Dame an der Kasse ob ich irgendwelches Tierfutter kaufen und spenden wollte. Nicht mal ein Schild dazu, für welche Organisation.

Paypal hat in 2024 irgendwie 8 Milliarden $ verdient, Deher hat vermutlich mehr als 1 Milliarde € Umsatz.
