Woke up. Very achy atm. Pinched a nerve in neck last night and it is painful. So #skeeting and waiting for some med to help me get back to sleep. #Pain

I cannot #sleep tonight so I am #night-owling in the wee hours up here in the great #PNW. #Skeeting and #slothing. My favorite #distractions these days. There are far worse things to do when you have an #insomnia flare.
I am up late now as I woke in #pain so I am #skeeting a bit waiting for my Norco pain med kicks in. I hope sparing on such pain pills and use only when I cannot shake the pain off. #QOL is important I think, and you cannot #heal with out it. But with such meds you also want to avoid #addiction. ๐ฆ
I need to wait a bit before heading off to pool. Parking is hard to find there if I go too early. Plus my breakfast needs to settle before I swim. So squeezing some #skeeting in. #JoniMitchell settles me. Gets me thinking...
