I am up late now as I woke in #pain so I am #skeeting a bit waiting for my Norco pain med kicks in. I hope sparing on such pain pills and use only when I cannot shake the pain off. #QOL is important I think, and you cannot #heal with out it. But with such meds you also want to avoid #addiction. πŸ¦‹
