The Watchers
Major Typhoon #Sinlaku on the verge of a direct landfall on Tinian and Saipan. Amazing 106 mph gust in the last hour at Saipan International Airport!

I wonder if FEMA sent a team ahead of time to Guam and CNMI ahead of Typhoon Sinlaku. Although, is FEMA even still a functioning government agency at the moment. Like American Samoa, both Guam and CNMI is in FEMA Region 9.
