One has to explore all corners into playing c64 sid files. Using SIDBerry with a SIDKick Pico on a RaspberryPi 4 to play R-Type SID. Far from perfect, but getting there.

Simple idea, but it works well. The A5-A8 and RW signals are led out so you don't have to solder the wires to the motherboard or use the clip-on probes. For solutions like #ARM2SID, #MixSID, #SIDKick etc.
