AFOCYou can almost always directly determine which individuals (and companies) create(d) major social/environmental problems based on specific decisions with a core philosophy of short-term thinking.
They often escape responsibility because it takes a while for everyone to become aware, and sadly people have very short attention spans for such things. The complexity involved in the topic can also make it hard, but the responsibility still has specificity.
