Exempt Income Update | New Section 10(15B)

Finance Act (No. 2), 2024 introduces a new exemption:

• Section 10(15B) added under ‘Other exempted income’
• Applies to: Foreign companies that are non-residents
• Listed in the Incomes fully exempt table

Another targeted exemption aimed at improving cross-border investment flows.
