I think mostly my #ADHD side wins out most of the time. My last FM Scrobbles are usually random and eclectic . SHuffle play, jumping genre and artist track by track.

I rarely have the patience for a whole album in order.

However, once in a blue moon I'll HAVE to listen to an entire album from start to finish.. and woe betide anyone who interrupts me when i'm in this intense active listening session :D
