It's really funny that the news that Starmer is expected to resign Monday isn't making front page headlines in the UK papers, even on the BBC it's down at the bottom with a story on Wimbledon fan etiquette.

Kentucky's citizenry is very white and very poor. Moneyed interests often overpower the common people who dissent. The people in power loathe releasing it, like anywhere else.
Plenty of elders are dealing with chronic illness, + people of all ages have disabilities.
It's a hard sell to be progressive + yet try to force mental fitness testing on elected officials.
I want him to leave, though.

This would lead to the absolute destruction of the GQP. Throw DeSantis in and whatever nutjob he would pick for VP and the circus will lead to a massive GQP dumpster fire.
