Isles of Shoals Lighthouse aka White Island Lighthouse, 6/16/23. This was the first stop on the sunset lighthouse cruise we enjoyed a couple of summers ago. In addition to this lighthouse, we also passed by Whaleback and Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses. I had been very much looking forward to seeing this one: it’s about six miles from shore, so this was about the only way I was going to be able to see it!

Was able to make it to the coast one evening and barely found the legendary shipwreck (according to the lore, who knows what it actually is from) that I've previously posted covered in moss and seaweed now getting buried in sand! It'll be made free of the sand again and it is always so interesting seeing how it changes!

From January or February 2023 I believe when we had a massive winter storm that wrecked the seacoast. You can’t tell from this photo, of course, but there are still areas repairing damage to this day!

This one day a year and a half ago we went to the beach during a tropical depression and upon coming back from a little walk, noticed someone stuck a sunflower into the sand and it just stood tall and proud.
