One of the primary activities of a #Resistance movement is to provide the motivation for people to #RefuseToComply with the occupying force.

This is usually achieved by dumping the bodies of #Collaborators in a public place.

The purpose of a Resistance, is to make the public more afraid of it, and the consequences of collaboration, than they are of the Occupier, and the consequences of noncompliance.
