This was the worst ramen I'd ever had but I was powering through it.
THEN from the depths a hero arose.
A flavoring oil packet that was under the noodles when I originally took the broth powder and veg packets out.
This just went from a 3/10 to a 9/10 for cup o' noodles.
No idea where you can buy these. We were given a case at a local Asian grocer as a promotion in November.
They are SPICY. And the flavor is wildly complex. That oil was magic.
Itβs been a while since Iβve stocked up in new instant noodles. Looking forward to trying these over the coming weeks! π

Udon Noodles with a bulgogi flavored sauce, sesame oil, and furikake
Good sweet flavor, dark soy undertones.
Udon had a little bit of a hard time rehydrating.
Probably won't buy again, but I wouldn't snub it if someone handed me a bowl.
