Pizzas made with the same dough as my last bread post (Forkish's Saturday white), hung out in the fridge for 24 hours, then baked in cast iron. Zuke and potato on one, the other just cheese and basil.

#TonightsDinner - home cooked pan fried chicken breast, Mafalde corte pasta, peas, white button mushrooms, diced red onion, and a light Alfredo sauce.
Managed to find the energy and will to cook for myself tonight (with a lot of leftovers), rather than grab a frozen meal.
Itβs been a real mental drain this last month - having to recover after leaving a job, anxiety turned up to 11, and being in a freeze mode for so long as a result.
Not that anyone aside from me cares, but I have figured out what I am making for dinner tonight.

Home made Gnocci with a Scottish twist for tonight's dinner...
Made a nice Bolgnese sauce to go with it.
Oh! The twist you ask? Well had some turnip to use up, so it's Potatoes and Turnip Gnocci.
Tonight's dinner: grilled bone-in skin-on chicken thighs with steamed jasmine rice + steamed broccoli (not shown). The chicken was marinated for over 24 hours in a Lawry's Hawaiian marinade.
Did some light fixes: enhance via Google Photos + Portrait mode in my Pixel 7 Pro.
