#کابل؛ هلال‌احمر افغانی و #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی درباره تطبیق پروژه چهار‌ساله صحی گفت‌وگو کردند

#نشست_هماهنگی بخاطر تطبیق پروژه چهار‌ساله آب، حفظ‌الصحه و کمک‌های اولیه، با حضور مولوی روح‌الله عبدالسلام، معاون عملیاتی سکرترجنرال #هلال‌احمر_افغانی، داکتر عبدالله عرفان، رئیس خدمات صحی، مسئولین نمایندگی‌های ولایتی #ننگرهار، #کنر و #بغلان و نماینده فدراسیون بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی برای #افغانستان برگزار شد.

در این نشست، معاون عملیاتی سکرترجنرال هلال‌احمر افغانی از حمایت‌ها و همکاری‌های دوامدار فدراسیون بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی قدردانی کرده و گفت که همکاری شرکای بین‌المللی در تطبیق مؤثرتر و گسترش #خدمات_بشردوستانه از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است.

وی افزود که #پروژه جدید چهار‌ساله آب، حفظ‌الصحه و کمک‌های اولیه، نقش مهمی در #بهبود وضعیت صحی مردم، پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها و تأمین نیازهای اساسی صحی و محیط‌زیستی ایفا خواهد کرد.

سپس رئیس خدمات صحی هلال‌احمر افغانی، معلوماتی را درباره #دستاوردها و تجارب پروژه قبلی در بخش آب، حفظ‌الصحه و کمک‌های اولیه ارائه نموده و گفت که پروژه جدید بر اساس نتایج موفق پروژه قبلی تطبیق خواهد شد تا شمار بیشتری از خانواده‌های #نیازمند را تحت پوشش قرار دهد.

وی بر تداوم هماهنگی میان دفتر مرکزی، نمایندگی‌های ولایتی و فدراسیون بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی به‌منظور تطبیق موفقانه پروژه، دستیابی به اهداف تعیین‌شده و #افزایش مؤثریت خدمات تأکید کرد.

قابل یادآوری است که این پروژه چهار‌ساله با حمایت #صلیب_سرخ_فنلند در ولایت‌های ننگرهار، کنر و بغلان تطبیق می‌شود و هدف آن بهبود دسترسی مردم به خدمات آب، حفظ‌الصحه و کمک‌های اولیه و تقویت وضعیت صحی جوامع آسیب‌پذیر است.

#Kabul: ARCS and IFRC Discuss Implementation of Four-Year #Health_Project

In the presence of Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs of the #ARCS, Dr. Abdullah Irfan, Director of Health Services, and heads of ARCS #Nangarhar, #Kunar, and #Baghlan provincial branches, a coordination meeting was held with the representative of #IFRC in #Afghanistan to discuss the implementation of a four-year project on water, sanitation, and first aid.

During the meeting, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam thanked the IFRC for its continued support and #cooperation, stating that the assistance of international partners is of particular importance for the effective #implementation and expansion of humanitarian services.

He added that the new four-year project on water, sanitation, and first aid will play an #important role in improving public health conditions, preventing diseases, and addressing basic health and environmental needs.

Dr. Abdullah Irfan provided information on the #achievements and experiences of the previous water, sanitation, and first aid project. He stated that the new project will build on the successful results of the previous initiative, allowing more #vulnerable families to benefit from its services.

He also emphasized the importance of continuous #coordination between the ARCS central headquarters, provincial branches, and the IFRC to ensure successful implementation of the #project, achievement of its objectives, and effectiveness of services.

It is worth noting that this four-year project is funded by the #Finnish_Red_Cross and will be implemented in Nangarhar, Kunar, and Baghlan provinces. Its aim is to improve #public_access to water, sanitation, and first aid services and strengthen the health conditions of vulnerable communities.
