1/2Trump can't handle talking with anybody on equal footing. All his interaction depends on a power gradient in his favor.
No power gradient usually means he attacks trying to establish himself on top of the pecking order.

Talking to a woman in such a setting must be particularly challenging for him. At the end of the day women in his world are damsels in distress.
