As a (as far as I know) non plural (singular?) person, I found this quite interesting to watch. DID is something most people, myself included, know very little about and hearing a system who just figured themselves out talk about it is quite enlightening. But as a transfeminine person with quite a strong anxiety disorder, as well as Autism/ADHD, that feeling of "I'm faking it" and becoming quite aware of my own symptoms after I've heard somebody describes theirs, and therefore feeling even more like I'm faking it, is something I can strongly empathize with.
Lots of love to all of the neuroatypical peeps out there, it's not easy being us, even when we're the only ones in the room.
