💜 Got steroid shots in both hands for tenosynovitis. Afterwards, my left hand went completely numb, but seems to be fine now. I hope it works 🤞

💜 Went out for the first time in YEARS (thanks social anxiety) to have lunch with a few contemporaries. It went well and I've already committed to another outing next month. 😤
