Day 13 Prompts: Rebuild & Drink

An unwell Pantalone takes a mysterious potion concocted by Pasquella and he suddenly feels more youthful vitality than he has ever before. Soon nearly everyone is drinking the elixir - except for Capitano Testosteroné who publicly claims he doesn't need such (but secretly is trying to steal some though failing). However, as night falls the potion has a strange effect and everyone dosed transforms into fantastic beasts! A terrified Capitano and a few others must deal with this frightening outcome and restore their friends and neighbors while also contending with Dottore Gratiano, a traveling naturalist who wants to collect these strange creatures for his macabre menagerie!

Kleiner Reminder an Menschen in #Bielefeld, dass mit einem #SPD-#Oberbürgermeister #Ingo #Nürnberger nach der #Stichwahl am Sonntag eine 1-2 Stimmen-Mehrheit im #Stadtrat bei Ratsabstimmungen jenseits von
>> Recht-der-Stärkeren-"Konservativ", "wirtschaftsliberal-unsozial" bis rechtsextrem <<
theoretisch möglich ist.

Oberbürgermeister*innen dürfen in #NRW im Rat als zusätzliche Stimme mit abstimmen, nur nicht bei der Besetzung von Ausschüssen.

Mir wäre eine von den vielen kleinen Parteien im Rat unterstützte kommunalpolitische Orientierung an z.B. Pariser #Verkehrspolitik deutlich lieber, als an der aktuellen Politik in #Berlin... In #Paris flanieren Menschen wieder am Flussufer, statt dem #Mief und #Dauerlärm von #Autos in der #Innenstadt ausgesetzt zu sein, und auf Minifußwegen an den Rand gedrängt zu werden.

Nichtfunktionale #Fußwege und #Radwege, mit Hindernissen und Holperstrecken mitten im Weg, sind auch ein Problem in #Bielefeld. Es schien sich u.a. durch den #Radentscheid laaaaaangsaaaaam etwas zu ändern, aber noch immer gibt es z.B. an der (wegen starken Protesten u.a. durch #Hausbesetzungen in den 80er Jahren zumindest etwas kleiner gebauten) Bielefelder #Stadtautobahn #Ostwestfalendamm #OWD keine gut nutzbaren Durchfahrten und #Durchgänge für #Radwege und #Fußwege.

Autos haben 4-6 Spuren, Fußgänger*innen, Rollifahrende und Radelnde teilen sich einen gemeinsamen Miniweg mit #Schikanegitter. Dort könnten sehr sinnvoll gute, #innovative #Durchbrüche mit #Stadt- und Bundesfördergeld erzielt werden (oder pragmatische, günstige Lösungen auf bestehenden Autospuren).

Alle Menschen werden alt. Spätestens dann sind sie auf gut nutzbare Wege angewiesen, um z.B. mit Elektro-Rollstuhl im Stadtraum mobil zu bleiben (wenn er ihnen nicht von miesen Krankenkassen verweigert wird)... #Barrrierefreiheit für Alle und #Gleichberechtigung im "Verkehrsraum" (bzw. in unserer Stadt) sind wichtig, und Ausdruck von #Demokratie. Protest auch, wenn nach der Wahl alles noch schlimmer wird.

September 5 is National ActDumb Day! Which... is something we do every day that we act on stage given the ridiculous buffoonish characters of commedia dell'arte!

But though this is a rather silly made-up holidays (aren't they all?!) it's a great reminder to just spend some time having folly and fun and laughter without worry!
