Dinner last night was at one of my favorite Italian restaurants. One of the specials was beef osso bucco. I haven't had osso bucco in a very long time. They do have regular pork osso bucco on the menu but I just haven't tried it yet.

The flavor on the meat and the sauce was so good, and #pappardelle is my favorite pasta currently, so I was happy that was included in the dish. It was a very generous portion, so I have leftovers that I will have for dinner another night. #OssoBucco #dinner
