Sei mesi dopo le scampate nozze con Unicredit maledette dal governo, si vanno delineando i confini della presa francese sul Banco Bpm. È atteso a breve il via libera della Banca Centrale Europea al Credit Agricole a salire oltre il 20% nel capitale della banca milanese.
L’istituto francese che ha una forte presenza in Italia con sovrapposizioni anche territoriali e di business con Bpm, dovrà rispettare alcune indicazioni in termini di governance. Tra le raccomandazioni poste da Francoforte ai francesi per limitare quella che è di fatto un’acquisizione, fa sapere l’Ansa, ci sarà un limite di massimo 7 consiglieri da nominare nel consiglio di amministrazione dell’istituto.
In Italia la soglia limite per il lancio obbligatorio di un’offerta pubblica di acquisto è attualmente al 25%, ma la riforma del Testo unico della finanza al vaglio del Parlamento riporterà al 30 per cento.
