Note: Answer is now in the reply.

I have an #OpenPublishing question. I thought that #OpenResearchEuope was being expanded to allow submission by people that don't have European grants (e.g. I thought people with @dfg_public grants were supposed to be able to submit). But on the about page, it says that only EU grantholders are eligible: https://open-research-europe.ec.europa.eu/about/eligibility/

Does anyone know whether the expansion has happened, or if not when it is scheduled? Maybe @brembs?

The @copim #CopimConference is well under way, bringing together communities interested in and building the future of community-led #OpenAccess books.

Catch PKP's OMP Coordinator Zoe Wake Hyde on "Where are the new scholar-led #OpenAccess presses & how can we support their emergence?" panel with Lucy Barnes (Chair), Julien McHardy and Niki Rhyner, February 27, 13:30 GMT!
