#rowing again this morning. 3 x 1000m intervals all at ~130W output. First interval was at 30 strokes per minute. Second and 28 strokes per minute. Third at 26 strokes per minute.

I ripped one of my fave t-shirts today on a sharp edge building that damn shed. A little plastic clip had fallen out.

So I went online and ordered a new one.

Spotted a couple of others... so I thought. Fuck it, I'll order them too.

I like daft t-shirts... even at my middle aged years.
