There are several Persian women crying in the waiting room Iโm in and itโs breaking my heart.

Today I took myself to a forest for some much-needed nature time. Thereโs a Save-On grocery store nearby so I stopped in.
They have a *huge* health section. The nutritionist came to see if I was finding everything + I mentioned I was happy to see the selection of brands.
I noted one for hot flashes + he was surprised I needed that. He said he thought I was 35 but I told him Iโll be 55 this year.
I love seeing surprised reactions to my age.

Iโm on a bus waiting for a driver. People keep getting off the bus.
Do they know something I donโt?!
This is the last leg of my journey home to North Van from Costco in Vancouver so Iโm staying put. Hope the driver shows up soon.
Current construction on the north and south side of the Casano-Loutet Overpass. The city says the bridge installation will happen some time in February.
The Holiday Bike Parade has been rescheduled to Jan 31 at 5pm!
Starting at Grand Boulevard and 15th Street and heading to Lynn Valley centre before looping west to Jones and down to the Shipyards.
