Grateful to be included in the list of people who were thanked at the Oakridge Park owner’s group thank you celebration tonight. I expected my boss to be named but was pleasantly surprised to be included. I thanked the EVP who gave the speech before I left the event. Glad to be part of this massive project. ☺️
One of the people who works closely with my boss told me I’m the most positive person on the project. 🥰

I went to the office today for the first time since I got sick on May 5. Some people thought I was on vacation. Definitely not. Evil germs then antibiotics that tried to kill me.
I said I’m happy to be alive many times today. Many people thanked me for inviting them to internal events the past couple of days for testing the kitchens at Oakridge Park ahead of the mall’s grand opening ceremony tomorrow. Excited that I was invited and will be attending tomorrow.
While I have improved, I’m still not quite myself.
Case in point: I smashed into a pole while getting on the SeaBus. 🤦♀️ Luckily it was with the soft part of my arm…
