Finally found a blogging platform that can stay consistent. I have a tendency to platform hop. Have you noticed? 🤣🤣🤣

One of the consequences of that was letting my blog content go or spend hours moving it. I chose to let it go because spending hours moving it didn't seem helpful. The reality is that I've lost a ton of blogs over the years as I've jumped platforms.

As I got out of the mindset of needing to have everything on the same platform and I've looked for free ways to host everything, I came to the conclusion that finding a consistent blogging platform that wasn't tied to my shop would be helpful. Maybe I could actually retain my content! What a novel concept!

I had already started a subscription blog which wasn't tied to my platform on Revue, but then when it shut down, it left me wondering what to do next.

I've found DigitalPress which allows me to host my blogs free (they will be ad supported though). They use Ghost to manage the platform which is free when it's self-hosted.

Not only can I host the blogs freely, they can have their own domains, also free. So now I have 2 blogs setup.

The first is Random Thoughts. That's my whenever I feel like it, random jibber jabber blog where I talk about whatever is coming up for me at the moment. There is no newsletter functionality here.

The second is Uncovering Your Reality. This is my subscription blog. You can still access all the posts without signing up, it's just setup to go out via email like a newsletter as well.

I moved the stuff from Revue over to Uncovering Your Reality. I also moved a couple of blogs from Payhip over as well. I won't be deleting the blogs on PayHip. I just won't be posting there anymore.
