It’s been a long time since my last ride in rain. But it was suprisingly nice. Though the #Pinlock fog resisting lense insert didn’t resist fog. This is my 3rd attempt to use Pinlock lense insert on my #Quatrevelo, and it’s just not good. The seal doesn’t seal well enough. I know there are lense inserts from other manufacturers which you attach with adhesive. Those ones would seal properly and there would be less fog. But those are not compatible with this visor with Pinlock pins.

Seems I’ve been riding my #Azub Max more recently than my velomobiles. For some reason it has been super fun to ride gravel roads and forrest trails and do some tile hunting.

Did some #TileHunting. It was bit challenging this time. There was two tiles I barely even visited. I had to take my bike computer and walk about 100 meters in to the forrest as far as possible, all the way to that stram in the photo to visit one tile. Was that cheating?

It’s allways interesting to go ride in a new place. I had planned a route using Strava Global Heatmap & some random gpx trail I found on the internet. But from those you can’t really figure out what kind of trail it will be. This time I was pretty lucky and most of the route was on very nice single track. But there were few spots with loose sand which is just impossible to ride on my #recumbent. Over all 4,5/5 route. It was fun 😅

I met Urpo Taskinen yesterday. We compared our Quatrevelo velomobiles. Urpo is on a long ride from the south of Sweden, through Finland to the north of Sweden. That’s pretty long ride 😅
