It's no longer the Tories "two-child benefit cap", Labour has endorsed it, just as they will do with many of the previous incumbents' policies.
"Scottish Labour" Sock Puppets do precisely what their London masters tell them. Before the election, Sarwar vowed to campaign for it to be abolished.
