Sagt mal hat jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit #NECT Wallet
Bin gerade im Zusammenhang #Telekom prepaid darauf gestoßen und ich will diesen Anbieter nicht nutzen.
@Telekom_hilft
hatte nicht mal die Auswahl von #Postident ,wenn es schon nicht mit der @AusweisApp2
geht. 😮‍💨

Nach dem 10ten Versuch wurde ich an ein Video-Callcenter der Telekom weitergeleitet, das hat dann geklappt. Die verschwendete halbe Stunde mit #nect nervt aber ernsthaft.

Der Perso Verifizierungs-Service der #telekom #nect ist einfach nur grottig. Die 1on1 Video Calls waren okay, aber 30 Minuten Wartezeit und gefühlte 100 abgelehnte Verifizierung ohne Info warum sind unterirdisch.
