Pavement parking and pavement driving, which cause a large number of the 'pavement scars' Mr O' Brien mentions. Also, noisy exhausts that backfire (I doubt it passed the MOT sounding like that). And speeding cars in residential areas. Planting trees as much as possible a definite positive in my opinion though.
