Crumb photos of my multi-seeded sourdough using a Tartine starter, 20% of home milled Mulika flour and 5% home milled cracked Mulika wheat, 5% coarse milled Spelt flour plus chopped sage and Moroccan Flame dried flowers. 50g (5%) of seeds in these loaves for loaves with great texture and taste!
