The hardware end of my next synth setup is starting to take shape: I dug out Spouse's #MicroBrute in the hope of making usable bass sounds with it, and on the suggestion of a kind user here, dug out the Alesis SR-16 along with the Zoom R16. Testing them individually before digging out the MIDI hub (Icon, barely ever used before) and adding the BeatStep Pro to the session, which is currently still hooked to the desktop computer.

Thinking that I maybe have too many devices that I don't use enough I dusted off the #arturia #microBrute with a view to selling it on. A bit of fiddling and several hours later I have a couple of new sketches laid down and there is no way I am parting with it. Was a delight to rediscover.
Only called Oslo as that is where I was supposed to be but circumstances got in the way.

@openmastering This track was released after 1 year of pain and multiples surgeries. The end of a cycle and the start of a new life.

I was trying to make people understand the hardships I've been through. An outlet !

@openmastering I'm also using @LibraZiK with kind of old PCs (~10 years old) with SSD hard-drives, a scarlett 2i2 or sometimes a crappy internal audio interface. The software that I'm mostly using are #Ardour, #Lmms, #Hydrogen, some #lv2 or free proprietary #vst plugins (sorry). I also have some vintage gears (#D50, #D20 #U220, #Wavestation, #Proteus, #Electribe es1 mk2) and some analog one (#Microbrute, #Neutron).
