On Friday the #EU #Parliament overwhelmingly voted in favour of an amendment to the #AI bill tabled by the #GreenParty to ban #nudifier apps (apps that create #nude images that are sexually explicit or non-consensual).

#MEPs are also in favour of giving #AI providers until 2 November 2026 to comply with rules on watermarking AI-created audio, image, video or text content to indicate its origin.
