#AI now beats humans in long-cherished intellectual games such as chess and go. AI now generates music and art compositions that fools non-musicians and non-artists. AI now generates academic papers on behalf of students, and grades those generated papers on behalf of professors. AI now generates legal memoranda for lawyers. AI now triages, and even diagnoses patients, for doctors. AI now generates massive volume-trading orders on world's financial markets. AI now generates what counts to some as political speech. AI now generates and artificially promotes incendiary falsehoods (clickbaits) clothed as political speech, which had resulted in countless atrocities against minorities and other insular groups, round the globe. AI now generates programmes that appear to work, but there is no one left in the industry who could verify the correctness of that generated code, neither by visual inspection nor by mathematical proof. AI now performs optimisations (approximations) of NP-complete scheduling and logistic matters that appear to work, but there is no one left in the industry who could verify the optimality of the resulting solutions by mathematical proof. AI now operates autonomous taxies and, if left unchecked, will soon takeover buses, ships, and airliners. AI now diagnoses mechanical and electrical faults, and instructs humans to perform repairs. AI now performs automated worldwide intelligence collections and automated unmanned combat operations.
There is no longer any technical control over AI by humans. There exists is no legal framework for #regulatory oversight over AI.
