Why is the #Winnipeg water treatment plant $3B CAD and a similar sized US plant going to be $0.59B USD? Maybe I missed something, but the biggest thing I’m missing is why it’s costing $3B. I suspect it’s the combined sewers. Maybe there’s a plan to treat storm water, but it’s hard to find out.

Plus dangerous animals , 2 or 4 legged ,should not be allowed on school grounds to attack children and display injustice and prejudice.
