For the record, if we're tallying all the reasons i cherish and #married my wife please include that she's both curious and useful.

When we wanted to watch a stream simultaneously tonight while separated by a time zone, she stuck it out with me, suggesting ideas and trying to troubleshoot mine until we got it working. When the SteamDeck requires some esoteric Linux incantation to get Bluetooth working, she's already looking up possible solutions to suggest, and is more annoyed at Linux than i am.

She's got a knack for solutions. For narrowing problems down to their actionable elements. For (usually, mostly) keeping her composure so that when it's my turn to solve problems, she isn't making the situation more tense or dire.

I'm a grown ass man. I don't need a mother or a maid or a therapist. I need a partner. A peer. A coconspirator. And i found one and God, do i love that woman.
