On mange au Restaurant "Fleur de Lys" à Gruyères (Suisse), le village médiéval fortifié, un Lieu Historique qui existe depuis 1653.
Niveau repas, c'est vraiment parfait, délicieux, et local. Une quiche au fromage Gruyères en entrée, un plat servi dans les Refuges alpins, les Macaroni au Gruyères, et une Meringue avec crème comme dessert.

Lots of wonderful comic strips in today's newspaper — one is really spoiled for choice this Monday — but my favourite is today's Zits.

I know far too many folks — who shall remain nameless — for whom macaroni and cheese is too bewildering to make from scratch, and/or whose attempts at one-pot cooking end up with a sink full of pots, pans, utensils and dishes.
