Roast the pumpkin and garlic in the oven.
Place them in a blender with hot water and the seasonings:
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Ground cumin
Chives
Pour the mixture into a pot, add heavy cream, and simmer for a few minutes.
Decorate with pumpkin seeds and croutons (toast with garlic and olive oil, cut into cubes), and drizzle with a spoonful of pumpkin seed oil.
