Walking down Waterworks Road, Ashgrove (near Meat@Billys butcher), we stumbled on someone's RemServ wallet card; issued to a Mr. Ford.

Tried ringing the 1300 number on the back, pressed 1 for lost/stolen cards, and got told the number isn't active. Tried again for general inquiries, got told to ring back during office hours. Typical #MasterCard

If that's yours, we're taking it to Ferny Grove police. They may be in touch with you. #LostProperty #AshgroveQld #Brisbane

Update: issuer contacted, card destroyed at the advice of their call centre staff. The owner will be contacted and issued a new card.

Je suis à la recherche de cette veste imperméable jaune (noire à l'intérieur) perdue dans le TER Ligne R entre Paris Gare de Lyon et Montargis dans le train en départ de Paris à 21h16. Veste abandonnée après Melun.

Elle est jaune avec des bandes noires grise et blanches au milieu des manches et sur les cotes.
Elle est décorée de patchs (plus que sur la photo).

À l'avant un patch rose Blasphème, un Patch jaune et Noir Iron Maiden FC, un Patch Noir et blanc Blade Killer. Sur l'épaule gauche un patch Axxis.
Dans le dos un GRAND patch rose et jaune Judas Priest, avec l'illustration en image 2.

Cette veste et surtout tous les patchs qui sont dessus me tiennent énormément à cœur.
Si vous avez trouvé cette veste, merci de me contacter.
Je suis prêt à vous la racheter carrément malgré que que soit au RSA et en galère de thunes.

Besides all the other pieces I picked up and logged at #infodesk (@info) I have one very small piece of possible #lostproperty (#foundproperty?) picked up from the Lounge last night, that I forgot to bring in before leaving. Will email details. If a claimant comes forward with a postal address I can post it on. Alternatively I can just post it to whoever is guardian of items of deferred posession. (It's a very small item.)

Do you know where clothes that have been left behind in lost property go? 💭

All these bags of clothes have been kindly passed on by a local hotel.

All the garments were washed and kept safe, but nobody showed up for them.

We are happy to take them and we will find them a good home💚

Lost articles are sometimes unexpectedly recovered. Councillor W. H. Bennett, who is staying at #Plimmerton with his family, had this pleasant experience on Sunday. Twelve months ago, when at Plimmerton, he lost his tramway pass, and he advertised for it on 26th December, 1922, without success. On Sunday last the missing pass was picked up on the beach by a boy and handed to Councillor Bennett, much to his astonishment. The pass had evidently lain buried in the sand for over twelve months, and had been at last revealed by the action of the waves. Being of gold, it was none the worse.

The IanVisits site wrote about the Lost Property office moving from their temporary location (4 years isn't all that temporary), to between West Ham tube station and DLR Star Lane station.
I remember going to their Baker Street location, well before 2019, when I thought I left a half done embroidery project on the tube (I hadn't, found it at home, phew!). The public counter was a really crammed space.
The new place is appointment only.
