Adding a #localAccount to #Windows can be done using #Powershell :

I've just tried setting up Windows 11 home on a new laptop and discovered that all the work-arounds I can find for having a local-only account no longer work.

This is pretty disappointing. I was going to be trying out linux on this hardware but now it's more likely to be the only OS on the machine going forward.
