Adding a #localAccount to #Windows can be done using #Powershell :
New-LocalUser

Then, use Add-LocalGroupMember to add the account to the "Users" group and it will appear in the login list.

Had to start up my old Windows 10 laptop to hunt for files that I had apparently not transferred over.

This is a laptop from ca. 2014. Booting up the system is very bloody slow.

Starting up #PowerShell was never particularly speedy on this system, but jeez la weez, sure hasn't gotten speedier!
