My latest restaurant review is up! I’m back in Dining’s chair, after my mild (but draining) bout with C19. For weeks, I wanted deep, complex flavours, developed by skilled hands and expert palates, over a long history. I found them at The Guanaquita. Fantastic spot :)

Also...stopped off at Mi Tienda Latina for some much-craved Tacos al Pastor. While the kitchen was making them, I had a fantastic catch-up with Lorena, the owner. So lucky to have her (and the shop) in Kitchener-Waterloo.
