Minoru Saba"A hot air balloon styled after Kaohsiung’s Formosan bear mascot" looks like a cousin of PUKAPUKA's Kumamon balloon [1] which was unveiled in March 2021in memory of the 2011 Tohoku Quake and the 2016 Kumamoto Quake.
