If ever an inanimate electronic object could bring about both angst and joy, it is this one. Garmin Epix pro 2 with the dreaded sticky buttons. Really glad to see it charging!

What a faff the fix was! I can see why commercial repair places charge £90 just for the button component now, they don’t actually want to repair them.

I also repair Coros, Samsung, Apple, Huawei, etc. sports watches.

In today’s episode of “I’ve slept since a planned to do thing x”, I couldn’t find the replacement battery for the watch repair I’m working on. New battery ordered and will be here tomorrow. Checked messages to update client, and realised they *didn’t want or need a battery change*.
FFS.
Oh well, spare battery never goes amiss.
