That story is broadly accurate, but would the Soviets have gone to war for Cuba? Was there a panic on the streets of Moscow? Did they even consider it a "crisis"?

The ignorant idiot tried to claim that Khrushchev gave Russian lands to Ukraine, and instead admitted that even some lands Russia kept to itself after WW1 were ethnically Ukrainian.
