Almost ready to switch off for good DNS on Cloudflare, repoint name servers to my hosting provider (where all the DNS are already set on cPanel), and then just use Pangolin instance to tunnel into my home lab web apps. But not just now, as away this weekend and don't want to fuck it up if something goes wrong..

Test on a spare domain worked straight away after propagation so very hopefull🤞

Und weil wir gerade das Thema wireguard hatten: ich sitze ja hinter einem cgnat, was das reverse proxying schon anspruchsvoll macht. Bin eigentlich immer über nen ssh tunnel ausgebrochen ;). Hab heute mal auf wireguard umgestellt. Gefühlt 300% Performance Steigerung 🙈

I have a raspberry pi 4 (8GB) and I wanted to try out Kodi... Stupid question... Is it possible/advisable to containerise it and run it in kubernetes (I'm thinking microk8s) instead of running a dedicated kodi distro?

If this sounds crazy, my reasoning is that I want to run some object storage for an unrelated project on the same raspi (but kodi wouldn't rely on it for media, it would use streaming plugin to connect to Jellyfin hosted somewhere else on my LAN)

Also; I want to manage the microk8s with my existing fluxcd stuff so I can learn about multi-cluster management. Hoping that I can have many "edge raspis" hosting various services throughout the house in the future and this would be great as a PoC

I finally resurected one of my Proxmox, making my cluster whole again !!  
This node failed 10 monthes ago, on a 2-nodes cluster (+ a quorum device). During this time my services worked fine, but without redundancy.  

I've been able to got almost all my services up again, but I've an Elasticsearch issue.

I've a cluster of 2 elasticsearch + a small master node which can be migrated between hypervisors in case of failure. My data are duplicated between both data nodes, so I had no dataloss. On the Proxmox node which failed, the issue was caused by the drive owning the Elasticsearch data of this node, meaning that now, this node has no data. That's not an issue because of the duplication, but I can't get my node join again the cluster. I guess I should make a propre node removal and add it again ? But when I attempted this, I still got the same error  

Any feddi-techi have an idea ?
